Leftee, another great idea!
Rob, that's nice to know also.
My PRS is shipping today. Hopefully, I'll like it alot! If not, Marshall here I come again.

I found out where my amp is...I cancelled the order.
Here is what I found out. "The amp has issues , they thought the tubes were microphonic , so they retubed it , still had the noise, and if you touched the RCA jack on the reverb it produced very loud screeching noise".
Not to fear...I bought another one online. Should be here next Friday.

This thread got me thinking about my Jupiter Junior again. I hadn't played it in a while, and I've been selling off gear and paring down the heap. So I took her out to the shop and gave her a crank.
Holy cow I forgot how great this amp sounds! It does NOT sound like a 1x10" - that's for sure. I can only imagine the Jupiter 45 sounds even bigger since it's a 1x12".
Yeah, not selling it.

I’d say, better not sell it!
my next Sonzera has shipped and is supposed to be here Friday.

Oh yeah, Rob...that's not what I needed to see! But, if the Sonzera doesn't work out, that Marshall 1 or 5 is the way I would go.

Did your amp arrive in one piece?

Yes! But the box didn’t do as well. The amp had so much bubble wrap around it, a truck could have run over it with no damage!
It’s going to take some time to get used to it, but that’s the fun part. It’s very loud so I ordered a volume box for it. I had one on my Marshall dsl 20 but let it go when I sold the amp. Once I get that I think both channels will be tamed so I can turn it up in the house without my ears bleeding.
The reverb is kind of like the Marshall…not fender reverb for sure.
I need more time with it, just got here yesterday.

I’ve found that packing amps (heads or combos) so that they bounce is the best defense against shipping damage.
So, since I rediscovered my Jupiter Jr. I hauled out my DSL5 to give it a go. It is a great Marshall in its own right, but unlike the Koch, it does sound like a 1x10” combo.
The Koch sounds more like a 1x12”
So the DSL5 is listed on Reverb. 😜
