Awesome! I love the butterscotch look, to me that's the most classic look for a Tele! What pickups are in it? I know, I could probably look it up....are they noiseless?

Not noiseless. ”the V-Mod single-coils are crafted with different alnico magnets in both pickups. This means you'll enjoy consistent output across all the three pickup positions. And the onboard treble bleed circuit ensures your tone stays clear and present when lowering the guitar's volume.”

Hey Ryder-how's the foot-Ha Ha! I've got a MIM classic 50's. Between that and 3 other strats it's my favorite guitar.I put Fender original vintage pickups in it which helped! I've also been intrigued to buy a new one-maybe with a humbucker in the neck.

Heck yes.
The Telecaster, even bone stock, will cover more ground than any other guitar ever made. It's also fairly indestructible. And it has everything you need and nothing you don't.

I go in Monday for the fitting of the brace my doctor recommended. I’m very skeptical at this point! ill report back. I doubt I get it Monday. I think it’s just a fitting. How are you doing? Get any shots yet? Peegoo, you are so right. And thank you whoever made the title bold. Peegoo?

I have three Telecasters. All with maple fingerboards. A black Squier Affinity Telecaster, a butterscotch Squier Affinity Telecaster, and a Mexican Tele in Electron Green. Put on your shades:

That looks like Mopar green from the early 70s!

Is that a Duster or a Dart?
I had a Dart with the same hood scoop, I shoe horned a 440 into it. It would lift the front wheels off the ground. It was a bear to drive, but plenty of fun.

I am officially out of the Tele club! I had one, a 50's Classic from around 2000, never played it, so I sold it recently! Someone else is putting it to good use now. Somebody kick me out, now! I think Ryder should do the honors.

Bill, Bill, I’m not going to kick you out. You once had a telecaster. That’s a good thing except you don’t have it anymore.
I also have a Thinline Deluxe that I like a lot. It now has a twisted tele in the neck and a nocaster in the bridge. Very lightweight.

Something great about a Tele. Mine's a 2010 Bill Nash T-52 loaded with Lollars, and on it's third set of frets. Attachments:

Lollar makes a GREAT Tele pickup. One of mine has the Vintage T's.

Each of my three telecasters are G&Ls. They are the ASAT model. One is a Classic in Belair Green. One is a BluesBoy model with the Seth Lover neck pickup. It is ash, blonde, rosewood neck with tortoise shell guard. And one is a Classic S model. It has the middle Nashville pickup, rosewood neck, and sunburst finish. The neck on this one is really fat and great for bending. Love all three.
I have nothing against the modern Fender Tele, I just fell in love with the G&L ASAT. I too think that butterscotch is just THE look for any Tele. I just don’t have one.

Here is one of my baby's. A thinline body with an awesome MIM neck powered by Twang Kings. Real light... plays and sounds awesome!

The Tele is my favorite Fender. I have a bunch. But none of them are Fenders. The lefty offerings are just too limited.
Come to think... I don’t have a Fender Strat either.

Adam to God: "Who's that guy over there with the cigarette hanging out of his mouth, playing the Telecaster?" God: "That's Keith Richards. He was here when I got here."

My favorite guitars, though I’m down to only one now, an American Series from 2004 that is my number 1. Would never sell that.

Now, when I play it and the orange Orange (used Tiny Terror combo amp I just bought) at the jam this month (http://moestavern.freeforums.net/thread/46/monthly-open-mic-mesa-arizona) you know people will be shielding their ea...eyes.

Count me in. It only took about 15 years to realize they’re the best electric for me.
