I partake in other Pro Boards forums and they show the count of each post. Not a biggie but it can be helpful sometimes when navigating larger threads.

Each post in a thread will show the count of that post. Your post would show #2 and mine would be #3.

Closest I can get is numbering the replies. Original post stays the same, second post is labeled “Reply #1” and so on.
And it’s desktop version only, doesn’t show up in the Mobile version.
