I’ve been looking at the TT800 since they came out. Being a big fan of the designer , and thinking he hit it right out of the park with that one.
Great amp! And for the last several years Mesa could not keep up with their demand and stopped being a presence in Europe and the UK. They are just getting re-introduced there now.

Well the TT800’s Boogie Channel adjustments are not your norm in that some controls affect others. The Subway channel is pretty much standard Some like the TT-800 and other’s do not. I think quite a few get intimidated and end up selling them on another forum. It was a challenge at first but they have some settings in the manual that help and if you screw them up just return to the suggested settings. I have found the sounds I love and pretty much stick with them. Do not expect it to react like the Streamliner. Having said that, I love the tone I am getting. I have to say what you have looks very nice! You know, I have spent a lot of time buying the next “New cool looking” thing only to find after the new wore off it wasn’t for me after all. I have pared down so many basses, guitars, amps etc to what I have now I like but probably do not need. If I could do it over again I should have thought more about family, faith and others.

I’ve managed to put gig money back into gear. Herself has called it an investment in joy. And I am thankful she is fine with that.
I’ve never spun the knobs on the TT800 but with Aguilar TH the mids shift as you increase gain.
