For tacos: In a crock pot/slow cooker 2-3 teaspoons of pepper small can of green enchilada sauce 4 medium sized pan seared in oil pork tenderloins Cook on hi for 4 hours or until pulls apart easily.
Serve up on small doubled up pan fried tortillas with Malinda's Mango Sauce, and a thin slice of Avocado, or what ever you desire.
