How many of your amps are ready to "go to 11" vs functional doorstops?
Let's say "working" means up to spec with all functions available.
Bonus question: Break the question down by tube vs. nontube amps.

I definitely have two (Carvin X100B and Fender Blues Deluxe RI) and then I might have three or four depending on how you look at my little Crate home-brew cabinet. My ratio though would be 100% work as intended. Edited to add: the two specified are obviously tube … the little Crate home-brew thingy is all 15 watt solid state … this guy. For me, 5 working amps vs 2 nonworking.
Fortunately, I got two tube amps (a Peavey Classic 30 and a Fender Blues Junior) fixed over the winter.
The nonworking one are both low-end Vox amps: a Vox Pathfinder solid state, which needs a new optocoupler (in the tremolo circuit). And a Vox AC4TV, a tube amp, of which the attenuator switch doesn't work.

Larry, that home-brew amp is intriguing. What's the story on it (give a short comment here, or maybe start a new thread)?

All mine are working. I have one that needs a new gain pot. I have the pot. I’ll get it on the bench sometime soon.
I do have an amp build in progress. A Weber Smokin’ Joe II. The board is almost completely populated.

Larry, that home-brew amp is intriguing. What's the story on it (give a short comment here, or maybe start a new thread)? After typing this up it's not so short, but it is "the story" Well, It's certainly nothing very profound. It started about probably over 20s ago When I bought this little bitty Crate GX-15 guitar amp. I decided to take it apart and put it back together (I do a lot of that sort of thing). I took it apart and built an oak corner cabinet that hung on the wall in a corner and I added two EV 10 speakers. I ran that with my little Kawaii GB-2 backing track machine and my guitar. At some point I bought the little GX-15s running mate, a KX-15 keyboard amp, which I intended to use as an acoustic guitar amp. I built a cabinet for it and upgraded the speaker (with the assistance of Steve Dallman) and had that around for quite a while. Then I did my home remodel and build my music room. Now I had no corner for the oak cabinet and I was never too fond of the cabinet I had built for the KX-15 … So when I discovered that I had this sizable space in front of my new Yamaha keyboard I figured, why not build a cabinet to fit the space and incorporate both amps into the one cabinet. The cabinet is split in two with a solid baffle down the middle and the GX-15 is on the left with the two EV 10s and the KX-15 is on the right with a new Jensen 12" and 8" along with the tweeter from the original amp. It works great with the Kawaii GB-2 and it's stereo outputs. I can plug one into each amp and get some great sound from there or I can use each amp individually as needed. I can plug the keyboard into the KX-15, but honestly for the room there the speakers on the keyboard sound just dandy on their own.

7 tube amps all working although I will take my VoxAC15 C1 and Egnater Rebel 20 to Willie for a check up. He has serviced the other 4 amps and the Marshall being the newest amp doesn’t need anything but I’ll more than likely take that to him just for drill!
The Katana 50 works fine and I’ve loaned that to a friend so he can get some recording done.

I have one tube amp down, my Fuchs Four Aces. It's already been repaired a couple of times. I haven't decided whether to bite the bullet and pay shipping both ways again, plus repair costs. The downside to buying an amp from a manufacturer that doesn't give out schematics. I still have about 8 other amps to play with.

Five amps, three on loan (looks like permanent) to my grandson. Those three are a 1979 Silver face 15 watt 12, a highly modded Epiphone and a Bugara (sp).
All are in good working order.
The two I have here are in excellent condition:
Custom Blues Jr with Green Tolex, Cannabis speaker etc. 1979 Lab Series L-5 . Great amp. Same as used by B B King.
So, 5 out of 5 functional.

The same thing has happened twice now. I turned it on at church, played about two songs, we go to play the third song and.....nothing. Willie fixed it for me once, and it worked fine for a couple of months or so. He's about four hours away and I'm not sure that I want to bother him with it again.

Mostly play Fender guitars and amps. I'm 71 and have had a guitar since 1964. Got serious in 1975.

I have 12 Fender amps and 10 are working and ready to go. I probably have 10 other non-fender amps and they all work. Approx. I own about 5 solid state amps. The remainder are tube amps.

7 good, one '66 Bandmaster acting a little funky. Gotta work on that (and then find someone that knows what they are doing).

Four amps all working. I don't have much use for none working gear, stuff gets fixed or disposed of.

Right now three working, one sort-of working.
For Tube, I have a Vox AC15C1, for Solid-State, a Fender Princeton Chorus and Roland Microcube (the latter is basically just for late-night practice and/or carting around when portability is a factor).
For sort-of working I have one of the smaller Jazz Chorus amps, a JC-55. It does work but I think has issues with the jacks and/or pots because it sometimes cuts out and is scratchy-sounding. Will probably bring this in to get fixed as it's also a nice portable option being a bit smaller and lighter than either the Vox or Fender.

I'm three for three, but one is kind of wobbly. The wobbler is a L'il Dawg Champ clone (just the chassis, no cabinet.) I don't think there are any major issues, just time to clean and re-tension the tube sockets.

6 amps. All Fenders... 2 out of the 6 are the modern PCB type. All are good to go. I rotate them in and out of practice and gigs. My theory: Keep the caps juiced on a regular basis, prevents breakdown.
Like cars, if you let them sit they just don't run right.

I am 9 for 9. 7 tube amps, one boss katana 100 and one old Hartke tilt back bass amp. Tube amps range from early seventies fenders to a modern fender bassbreaker 15, with a small vox ac-4, and a vox ac-15 and a 5 watt blackstar thrown in for kicks. They don't get moved around much which seems to help.

Every single amp I have works, no issues with any. Most are tube, a few SS too though.
