Got a jones for chocolate cake? Have vanilla ice cream and wish you had a steaming glob of chocolatey brownie to go with it? You can have it in less than five minutes. And it is pretty darn good.
Put the following ingredients into a plain paper cup (not styro or plastic; if you don't have paper cups, a microwave-safe coffee cup or small ramekin will work, but not as well as paper):
3 tsps sugar 3 tsps flour 1 tsp cocoa powder (Hershey's, etc.) 2 tsps canola (or other veg) oil 2 oz (two shot glasses) milk
NOTE: these 'teaspoons' are heaping coffee spoons, not the measured teaspoon volume usually used in cooking. Proportions are approximate. If you like super chocolatey, add more cocoa powder. If you want to make it more peegooey, add a few chocolate chips.
Stir it well, and place in microwave on high for 1.5 minutes.
Do not dive right in because this is like chocolate lava for the first minute. It can take the skin right off your tongue.
Cake responsibly!

That sounds cool, got to put it in the “Trailer Trash Cuisine Cook Book” I’ll add the cocoa powder to my waffle recipe on occasion. Chocolate powder, civilization is a good thing.
