I hope I can post the photos otherwise this is gonna suck. Its possible that some may have seen one of these before but I'm blown away. A client picked this up at a garage sale. It had broken plastic tuning pegs. They were shaped like canoe paddles. I replaced them with ebony violin pegs as the most direct way to get the intrument playable. Its a ukulelle. Its for the beach. When you're done playing it, you stab the sharp end into the sand. I think its genius and super cool. I didn't take any measurements and all I have is the few photos I took. The uke is a concert scale. I'm gonna make one. I'd be all over others taking a stab at this.
