A friend bought a Les Paul type and it surprisingly sounded great for the dough.
I'm liking this one:

I’ve been tempted to try the 335-style.

Yikes! Grover tuners. Bone nut. Free shipping. Must have something to do with the crash in oil prices.

Had not seen these before. The one you are looking at is striking looking. And the Tobacco Burst 335 looks nice.

They’ve been out for a while. I remember seeing them last year on Reverb.

I've looked at their SHB 335 knockoff. I'd sure like to play it. I've been burned buying SHB's online.

I ordered a KSA50 in tobacco sunburst on Reverb. I got this message from them:
“Thanks for your order! Please give us 3-5 business days for set up and final inspection. To make sure you get the best-tailored setup, below are the setup options you can choose from:
1. Medium Action - good for beginners or harder players (rhythm guitar players). It will feel like a vintage Fender. The number we set up with is 2.5/32 inch to 3/32 inch from the first string to sixth string on the 12th fret.
2. Medium Low Action - 2/32 inch to 2.5/32 inch on the 12th fret. Best for modern players. Easier grip and easier playing.
3. Low Action - 2/32 inch to 2.2/32 inch on 17th fret.
4. Shredding Setup: 1.5/32 inch to 2/32 inch on 17th fret. It’s extremely low. This is a setup for very fast legato players. Guitarists who play very soft and fast.
Also, Please choose the neck relief option as well.
A. Traditional Style(more like Fender type) - Great for beginners or rhythm players. The neck feels low on the low side but gets higher as you go up the neck.
B. More relief so the low to high is very even. If you play lots of lead and have the capability to control, this set up will be great.
**Please note, for #3 and #4, weather and temperature changes during shipping could affect our setup(buzzing issue). And if you play it with heavy stroke with #3.4 setup, then there will be a buzz on the fingerboard. Generally, when you get your instrument it might be slightly changed(Intonation, neck relief, and fret level) during the delivery with the carrier, especially the tuning. And we will be shipping the order with #2 setup if there is no response for the setup.
*If you purchased WLP 750T or AIO SC77 with Hard Case, we will take out the tip for the pickup selector switch because sometimes it gets damaged during shipping. It's inside the Accessory Storage in the hard case with a small plastic pouch with Allen Wrenches.”
I replied 3 and B.

Very impressive set up options.
I pulled the trigger on something similar on Tuesday. It arrives tomorrow, Thursday.
I feel I have been cheated somehow. I’ll have to take what I get.
Or send it back.

I also asked if the pots work properly because it’s a lefty. We’ll see what they say about that.

Where’s the jack socket?
Enquiring minds want to know.
Do they drill it to order?

I wondered too. I'm guessing on the side. Also, I'm not really crazy about the switch location.

It’s on the bottom edge below and behind the controls.
I’d been eyeing that tobacco burst when I’ve looked at these. Glad they had one.
If they have the pots right, I’ll be amazed.

I wonder if the 335 style is really a 1 5/8" nut width, or if it is a typo. It'll be a selling point for some, not so much so for many.

Best guess... great looking but crappy Chinese junk. They are experts at making look a likes that are crap. Search the web. You can't get the claimed wood used and such at that price point. I've seen some of those "Grovers" and "bone nuts" BS, crap. Sorry. My guess, veneer maple for the "flame top" and nato for the "mahogany body" for starters. There's tons of lookers out there that are trash. At the very least buyer beware. They remind me of some of the bad Agiles. Same flashy looks, all show, no go. www.rondomusic.com/electricguitar.html

Personally, I’ve liked the Agiles I’ve had. And I still have one I bought new around 2008. A Tele clone that killed the MIM Tele of the day for half the price.
Now... the SX line? Meh...
I don’t expect this guitar to be a Gibson. And my Agile LP-o-copies have given way to Gibsons. But a 335 is a lot of dosh. I can’t even find a used one under $3k.
So I thought I’d give one of these a whack. 😜

They replied that the pots will work as they should. We’ll see. 😊
Honestly - if it’s a decent guitar I have a nice set of custom-would pickups I’d install. They’re just hanging out in a drawer waiting for a guitar.
They were in an Agile. Of course, I pulled them before offing that guitar.

So Leftee, you are ok with the 1 5/8" nut width?

Yeah, it’s ok. My preference is 1-11/16” but I have smaller and larger.
