The single had Fat Bottomed Girls on the other side.
I don’t think I should post any lyrics.

Lately I have really been enjoying riding my bike. Tell us more. What kind of bike, trails. I haven't had a bike in half a lifetime, maybe it's time to change that.

I have a Trek that I bought back in 2014. It isn't top of the line but works for me. There are quite a few good bike trails around where I live. One thing I do not do is wear headphones or ear plugs when I ride. I want to know what is going on around me at all times.

I mean...you gotta know what's happening around you in order not to get creamed. I've been riding my road bike quite a bit. A really deluxe titanium/carbon number that just is a pleasure to ride. I've got various routes, but one of the faves lately is heading up the road to the ski area. At this time of year there is still quite a bit of snow on all the mountains. So the river running right next to the road is basically foaming with spring runoff. Just a great visual and audio track to ride next to. Very cool!

We spent February in Florida, took our bikes, and rode almost every day. Loved it. First time in a few years and it felt so good. I ride a rolling LazyBoy of a recumbent, Sun EZ-Sport. Because it is comfortable I can ride long enough to get a decent workout without pushing it and with little pain.

We’re on vacay in Destin FL at the moment and brought our road bikes. Great to have since everything is so crowded, you can just bike to the restaurants instead of trying to park.
I’m more of a mountain biker though, have a Salsa Timberjack xt with 27.5 wide tires. It’s super fun on single track and we have some great trails back home.

I keep my bike on the front porch, well it’s all walled in now, it’s the nature of the florida Cracker House. I use it a lot for running down to the workshop or over to a neighbors as far as a few miles away. It’s a dual purpose Raleigh. I take it to the part for the 3 day festivals, I’m usually camping and don’t want to loose my trucks parking place next to my tent. It’s more transportation than recreation.

I used to mountain bike a lot years ago (Specialized "Hard Rock" and Jamis "Dakar") but pretty much stopped just as full-suspension and disc brakes started coming on. I had too many close calls while training "on-road" because of idiots with cellphones in cars. Haven't ridden a bike in years now.
Used to go to Utah every year in the spring to ride off-road: Moab, Red Canyon, Capitol Reef, Calf Creek, Zion. Also rode around Humboldt Co., CA a fair amount, but the logging roads can get dangerous during dope harvest time. Fond memories.

It has certainly been a popular thing on Las Vegas Blvd.
The bike rental shops are doing well it would seem. 👍🏻

Be careful out there!!! If you can, stick to trails...
Avoid public streets ...
Way too many inattentive drivers today ... you are invisible ...

Went on my first bike ride of the year 3 weeks ago - all trail, which is a mixture of packed limestone and pavement. We rode 40 miles (okay, I cut it short at 39.5). My legs held out just fine for the first 37 miles, but got a little fatigued the last 2.5 miles. My butt hurt badly by the time I finished. Yesterday we went on a 25 mile ride on a different section of the trail and it was easy peasy. Even the steep hill close to the midpoint (that we had to ride twice) wasn't too difficult. This I attribute to the workouts I've been doing the last year.

I would love to be out more riding...but wifey doesn't want me bringing back "the virus" so she makes me take a mask and put it on if I encounter people. It sort of puts a damper on the whole thing. ...also, knowing that she would probably not want me out and about also puts a damper on things. The marriage is in trouble, so I don't want to make more trouble than I have to. TMI?

The marriage is in trouble, so I don't want to make more trouble than I have to. Went through similar. I decided being single, a bit lonely at times, beats walking on eggshells. Best to ya.
