I just got one of these delivered yesterday, and I have to say, for $48 and free shipping, it's worth every penny!
I feel like we are living in the golden age of effects.
Here's a decent demo, I use mine with the gain dimed. He does that about halfway into the demo.

That does sound pretty good and quite versatile, to my ears anyway.
Thanks for the heads up.

Like all effects pedals--I'll bet this sounds great with some amps and not so great with others.
It really is mind blowing how automated mass production of circuit boards has dropped the price of these things to the floor. I got into electronics when every component on a circuit board was installed and soldered by hand, one at a time. It will get even cheaper...components today like SMT resistors and capacitors are automatically placed and soldered onto printed traces. In a few short years, even the components will be printed.

Your post gassed me to get one- it is a fine pedal. Pretty similar to my Mooer Rumble Drive:

Blacksunshine, your OP has me thinking I should add one to my board, though I cannot put my finger on why! What are your thoughts now that you're a few months in? Anyone else got some extra thoughts?

though I cannot put my finger on why! The POWA of suggestion! For $50 it's a no-brainer. But that's also a trap into which many players fall:

Why have a $50 pedal when you can get it from an amp at reasonable $?

Got one of those Zendrives when they first came out. Soon after got to play through a genuine Dumble OD Special. Lucky to find out at that time that sound wasn't my bag. Real lucky to have that experience, too.

Blacksunshine, your OP has me thinking I should add one to my board, though I cannot put my finger on why! What are your thoughts now that you're a few months in? Anyone else got some extra thoughts? I'm still digging it. It covers a range of tones I really can't get with any of my other pedals, so I think it was a good purchase. I bought their Uzi pedal also. It's marketed as a "Marshall" in a pedal. Not quite sure about that, but it sounds really good too. It's super high gain, for when you need that push over the cliff, as Nigel Tufnel would say!

Here's a decent demo of the Uzi.

Maybe it's my laptop speakers but I couldn't discern a lot of variation from the Uzi when the knobs were tweaked. The biggest change was in the midrange.
I can get a decent Dumblish sound from my Maz 18 by stacking my Keeley BD-2 and Rockett Melody EQ.
