I'm a fan! I love the aesthetics and the ergos on these; the Jazzmaster shape is very comfy to play standing or seated. Sadly, I do not have a Fender Toronado. I looked at a bunch of them when they were first introduced but never took the plunge. I have a Fernandes Vertigo from the 1990s that's sorta the same, but it's not the genuine article. Probably why I never sprung for the Fender:

Still have my early sunburst (97?) and love it. Made a few tweaks over the years like better pots and wiring and putting in new tele style knobs. Also upgraded the tuners. (original equipment wasn’t the greatest there). You should find one Peegoo: great fun and versatile, still my favorite blues axe.

I may be as well. (Hmm, been awhile since I’ve added to the herd...) I think Moe’s 2 may just be as deadly to my checkbook as the FDP was.

Good news Toro fans! The Squier Toro’s can be pre-ordered on MF and Sweetwater for about $350 U.S. Black and Lake Placid Blue.

That's a good news - most of the other new Paranormal Squiers are $400.

Thanks LT, I've always been a Les Paul, Strat, Tele kind of guy, but I'm getting interested in "different" guitars as I get older. To be honest, I think I'd prefer a Starcaster.
