My DR Z Maz 18 is all the amp I need. My pedalboard is set and, after decades of tweaking, is exactly what I want. I have 7 electrics and an acoustic that rarely leaves the case. The only thing I really want, a decent SHB, doesn't offer much for lefties or isn't avialable.
Maybe I'll just buy some new boots, although I already own 4 pairs.

Just be patient. Something'll come along. It always does.

If you don't have a tuner on your board and you use a little clip-on tuner, you need one of these: Intellitouch PT40C. It is rechargeable via mini USB. One charge lasts longer than the life of the 2032 battery in most other clip-ons (Snark, PT10, etc.). I've tried 'em all and this one is the shizz. I've had it for more than three years and it's still working like new.

Aside from another guitar and amp and speaker cab, I've been buying up a bunch of cheap pedals. Its gotten out of hand!

Be like George Costanza: "I'll do the opposite!" I've sold three guitars this past year. Yes, in the middle of a pandemic. It took a little while longer than normal but when you have good gear it'll sell.
An inexpensive thing one can do is clean up their effects board. I saw that you did this, Lefty. When I gig I usually just use a tuner and some kind of OD boost. What I'd like to do is have a 6-7 unit pedal board that I can completely bypass when I 'm not using an effect, which is 90 percent of the time. That's my project right now. Plus, I practice my arpeggios.

I haven't bought any gear save recording/PA stuff to take into account the new digs. Last guitar was almost two years ago, last pedal about that as well.
My amp lineup has been stable for longer than that.

If you don't have a tuner on your board and you use a little clip-on tuner, you need one of these: Intellitouch PT40C. Thanks Geno, I just bought one on your recommendation here. It seems they might be discontinued. I found it (New) on eBay for $25.00 and free shipping. The rechargable part is worth the price to me. The reviews on the lifetime warranty are super duper, but if it's discontinued that may no longer matter.

I think I'll just hold out for a SHB when I find one. I have tuner on my board and I'm not an SG kinda guy, but thanks for the suggestions.

It seems they might be discontinued. Oh maaaaaan! I wonder if the battery companies got together and made Peterson an offer they couldn't refuse

Buy a bass, or a mandolin, or a banjo.

I thought of something that I actually need. I'm having lower back issues that give me fits when I stand with a guitar for awhile. I'm thinking of a stool with a backrest. I had my eye on this one but many of the reviews are unfavorable. Any other ideas? I want one that sits up and is preferably adjustable. Portable Adjustable Musician Performer Stool

I have the opposite problem - I have several bits of new gear I have yet to even plug in much less use.

I thought it might be "Single Humbucker", which he clearly needs.

I’ve thought about that model, but that seems expensive for a new-ish brand.

Hey Lefty.....I don't know about those, but I recently got a Roc-N-Soc drum throne, along with a backrest and a footrest. I'm more than happy with it - should have picked one up years ago. I got the old manual spindle type - no gas or air piston to eventually leak or wear out.

I've been using a Tama Ergorider drum stool with back rest for about 20 years now. I use it every day and it still looks, feels, and operates like new. When I bought it, I thought it was overpriced at more than $100. Looks like this one, but without that millennial snowflake self-validation "1st Chair" embroidery. www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/HT741B--tama-ergo-rider-quartet-with-backrest-blackThree hundred and fifty George Washington dollars? I should've bought a truckload of 'em, and I could retire. wait...I am retired!
