I don’t think I’m quite ready to buy just yet, but you gotta start somewhere.
And, I need to stay in the $600-$700 range. I see a few of them in that range but have no idea what a good one is. Gretsch, Epiphone, Dean, Danelectro, Fender?
Also, I want a round neck.
Have any experience with any of these or other brands?
thank you!

Are you familiar with Eastwood Guitars? Check out the demo video from RJ Ronquilo for their Delta-6 model(link below). Eastwood is a Canadian company, but I'm not sure if the price website if in CDN or US dollars. Also don't know this model specifically, but I've played several other Eastwood models and enjoyed them all. eastwoodguitars.com/products/delta-6#demo-video

It’s within my budget, and I have seen those before. Just didn’t know about the quality. I’ll be checking them out more now.

I’ve got 1 Eastwood. They’re good quality at the price point.
When I get a reso it will probably be an Eastwood.

Eastwood is a good brand. Quite imaginative.

How about the Danelectro resonator? Any thoughts? R J has a video with it that sounds pretty good also.
