He's a custom builder that's supposed to make real nice instruments. I know a guy who has a used one for sale I could get for probably less than $1k.

I wonder if that's Bear from the FDP.

He made a string of some really nice ukuleles many years ago. I have one and it's quite nice; it has "Bear" on the headstock.
