Darn, did I say that out loud and type it too!
Oh so sorry Titans fans! I suppose I’m a little ahead of things...but we’ve seen how the Chiefs don’t have to start out ahead.

Well the odds are certainly with the Chiefs. Everyone expects them to win. But that is what the Patriots thought. And the Ravens. So we will see!

The Titans have beaten some very good teams. But heck, they were just 9-7 in the regular season. They are on a roll, no doubt. On the other hand the Chiefs can sure roll the scoreboard. They can score very quickly. I say it's a tossup but I'm pulling for the Chiefs all the way.

You didn't have to start a new thread. I think my thread was going pretty well. The one about the Titans taking down the Pats. And then the Ravens. And then the Chiefs. And then the Packers in the Super Bowl. Oops! I’m getting ahead of myself now. They might not beat the Packers. It could be the 49ers instead!

---"they were just 9-7 in the regular season.--"
Yeah, they kept beating themselves in easy games they should have won. I'm just glad that we are not playing the Jaguars or the Colts or the Panthers, we would have no chance! Honestly, they have been a very different team from mid-season on. Tannehill solved the QB problem, and Derrick became King Henry!

Alot of people in the KC area are freaking out about "King Henry" and the fact that the Chiefs have a lacklustre recent history vs. the Titans. People were doing the same thing last season before we played the Colts in the divisional round. "Oh Nooo.. We never beat the Colts in the playoffs! We're cursed! It's Andrew Luck! We haven't won a playoff game at home since 1994!"
We ended up blowing them out and it was never close. It's never ends up being as bad as everybody thinks it will be, and we wonder why we stressed out about it so much:)

Eh, I ain't worried about 'em. Top 5 passing offense against 24th ranked pass defense. If the chiefs don't turn the ball over and get a good 2-score lead it won't matter if Derrick Henry runs for 300 yards:)

LOL, it won’t matter...it’s over as soon as the Chiefs get the ball. I do feel sorry for the Titans fans though. Such a build up only to be let down, hard! 🤣

No, the big let-down was when we lost to the Colts, Panthers, and Jaguars. The last half of the season has been a nice surprise and we are already ahead of the game. If we get blown out by the Chiefs, well, at least they are good. We've been beaten by far lesser teams.

The Titans took out a couple of good teams in the playoffs. One was touted as being the best team in the NFL, by many. And then there was that one other contender they beat, it was towards the end of the regular season....dang, my memory just isn't that good any more.
I do pity the Chiefs fans if things don't go their way, because after the last game, they think they're unbeatable. Meanwhile, Titans fans aren't counting on a win, they're just hoping for one....again.

I believe any team in pro football can beat any other team on any given day.
That being said, sorry Titans it’s not your time!😀

This was an interesting watch. Lots of great plays on both sides. Titans were down by 5 with about 1.5 minutes left. Chief fans might not want to watch this. Highlights

Confidence Bill. The Chiefs don’t just think they are unbeatable! They’re confident they can get past the Titans. And move on to the SB. Oh yeah, and win the big one.
in this thread don’t take anything personal.

If the Chiefs are unbeatable, how does one explain 25% of their season being losses?
Besides, the Chiefs won't win tomorrow because the fountains in KC run on the tears of Chiefs fans. Oh, and Tennessee is on a roll, has never lost to the Chiefs since Andy Reid has been the head coach, and the Chiefs have the second longest drought behind the Jets in going to the Super Bowl. Tennessee CAN get past them. I don't care how bad the customers (oops, Kingdom) wants it to happen.
Chiefs customers should hope for this, for if the rumor mill is true concerning a $200 million contract, they will be about 9-7 for the entire duration of that contract.

Trivia question: Which team was the last team to beat the Chiefs?
Chiefs fans apparently don't recall losing any games this season, so they'll have to look it up.
Titans fans already know the answer.
