Spaghetti aglio e olio
spaghetti olive oil fresh garlic peperoncini/fresh small red chilis leaf parsley
time: a few minutes
cook pasta in salted water al dente gently heat a fair amount of fine olive oil in a frying pan, add sliced garlic and peppers, when done add chopped parsley, be careful not to burn the lot, frying with low heat for a minute or two will do mix with pasta, may be add a little salt, enjoy
a favourite appetizer in italy, special recommendation when feeling a cold coming up
