Looks good!
I've never really warmed up to reflector knobs; they remind me of those cheap plastic clock radios from the late 1960s and early 1970s. I know they're original to a bunch of Gibsons, but...meh. I have them on a few guitars, and whenever I think they need changing, I have the following conversation with myself:
"Those knobs look...cheesy."
"Yeah, they do. But the guitar sounds great."
"I know, right? But they're just...so...yuck."
"They're just stupid knobs. Stop looking at the guitar and play the damn thing."
"Well...okay."
And I'm good for about another three months.

I’m playing my Tele today but in the back of my mind those reflector knobs are not settling in well. The speed knobs are what came on the guitar and they really are easier to use.

No love for bell knobs? Look better than speed knobs, more comfortable than reflectors, seem like a win/win to me!

I’m in a parking lot waiting for my wife to get her second vaccine dose. I ordered a new set of speed knobs before seeing the ones that go to 11! I also like the bell knobs. I had those on this guitar close to 20 years ago. Now that I’ve tried all 3 I think I prefer the speed knobs for their functionality. They’re also the original style for a 2000 standard.
