I'm getting lazy.
Sweetwater had a couple of these listed in their demo section. Actually, they both had small finish flaws, and that's fine with me.
I've never owned/played a Tele with a neck HB. I had an ASAT (Import model) a couple years ago and learned that it was a really great Tele for the $$$. So I took the plunge with this one.
This is a great player and I really love the burly, smokey tones of the neck pickup. Very pleased with this guitar. 😎

I've never owned/played a Tele with a neck HB. That is nice looking. I like the natural wood finish. I would be Interested to know how a tele with humbucker does for you.

Is that the “Bluesboy” Leftee?
Looks great anyway.
I was looking at these, or maybe an ESP Ronnie Wood model about a year ago, but I ended up getting a mint used Classic Vibe ‘62 Tele and fitting a neck HB. It’s pretty much my #1 gigging Tele now
I’ve just looked on eBay and there’s a silver/ gray one with a buy it now price of £315. Tempting. ;-)

Yes, a BB.
For a budget guitar, G&L really get the pickups right, IMO. I can be a bit of a pickup snob, but I really like these pickups a lot.

Nice looking guitar, Leftee. I just bought a G&L LB-100 bass. It is a really nice instrument too. I hear the Tributes can be hit or miss. Got lucky I guess. Enjoy!

Thanks all. This is a sweet guitar for sure.
I guess that one of these days I need to buy a USA-made G&L. 🤔

Thanks LTB. That white one is a looker. I avoid white guitars after I saw pictures of myself playing an Alpine White Les Paul. Way too flashy. I was surprised by the build quality of the G&L. I had recently returned a Squier Classic Vibe 70’s P Bass I bought on line. I literally cut my hand on the fret ends taking it out of the box. QC was terrible. Very disappointed. The G&L is fantastic and sounds like P bass should. It is a bit heavy at just over 10lbs. Leftee, is your Bluesboy heavy?

I only have 2 guitars with bound necks which keeps fret sprout from occurring but thank goodness the others do not suffer this

3-tone sunburst. I’d post a picture but I’m currently unable. I wrote a review on MF’s listing for it. It’s the only one on there, The Squier’s frets were beyond sprout. Some hadn’t been rounded at all. Cheers!

My next electric guitar, if I get to buy one, will be a G & L ASAT. Except right-handed. I saw/heard one a few months ago and LOVED the tone. I think it was the Magnetic Field Design pickups.
