I know PRS doesn't sell Relics, but I have yet to see a worn PRS and they've been around for decades. Is it better finishes, careful owners, or just less playing?

Most of them have poly finishes, which don’t really age in that way.
However, I agree that I haven’t seen any that have a relic look, even though there are nitro finished ones.

I've seen a few. Many owners send their road-worn PRS's back to the PTC for a refin. They are basically brand new when they go back home.

You don’t see many road worn Rickenbakers either.

You don't see many road worn Gibsons either honestly - yea, there's some that have been played to death, but generally people seem to take care of them.

Yeah, Gibsons always feel like nice furniture to me, back in the case, don't break the headstock. I leave strats and teles on the floor, well you can lie them flat.
