I can link it but the pick does not show up unless you go to the pasted link.

Peegoo provides this method, it’s Peegoo so it’s obviously the answer.
“You can attach your photo to your message by clicking the 'Insert Image' button (in the top menu bar of the Create Post window) and pasting your image's URL into the box.”
The image will appear in your posted message and also help prevent us exceeding our server's storage limit.
Try that and please report back if it worked.

OK, got it. I had to right click the pic then copy it.

That is a nice shot!
As an alternative, you can paste the BBCode on the BBCode tab below. There is a how to video in the photography thread on page one.

All you need is the image's URL from whichever image hosting site you use. The following applies to imgbb, but it works for all others. No need to mess with BBCode if you don't want to. [pasted from my earlier post]: Another good and free (and no account required) image hosting site is imgbb. Here's how. 1. Go here: imgbb.com/upload 2. Click on 'browse from your computer' link in the center of the screen. 3. Navigate to the image on your local machine and double click it. 4. Click the green 'Upload' button. 5. "Upload complete" will be displayed. Double click the little image. It opens to full size. 6. Right click on the image. Left click on 'Copy Image Location'. You can now paste the URL into a message using the Insert Image button. This one:

Peegoo, that method for some odd reason doesn't work for me. Maybe it's something to do with Flickr, or maybe my browser, IDK, but it does not work.
The BBCode is a URL, it's just entered differently. Rather than hitting the button your arrow is pointing to, you simply right click the text box, and past the URL. Toggle back and forth between Preview, and BBCode tabs for editing or viewing.
Doing it the other way, I just get a broken image link icon in the text box. I'm posting the BBCode method for anyone else that has the same trouble I did.
Here's the method I'm using:
