With insanely easy DNA sampling now, coupled with minute-by-minute accounting of their lives on the road, I do wonder from time to time, whatever happened to the illegitimate offspring of the Beatles.
We know, of course, that behind their squeaky clean press image, lurked a foursome of young, hard partying Liverpudlians, turned loose on a world of hormonal female fans (not to mention a few less than cautious working girls).
Many of the Beatle herd probably have no idea of their actual heritage, and I can't see Paul or Ringo *coughing up* any DNA for comparison. (Yoko and the Harrison clan would probably have plenty of hair follicles and toothbrushes to NOT donate).
Just think, that guy showing off his butt crack, while clearing your clogged toilet, and humming "When I'm 64," may be a love child from the Beatles' 1964 tour!
Get his autograph. Or better yet, have him spit in a test tube before he packs up.

i can't speak for the DNA issues but I've long been amused that it was the Stones who were seen by the UK media as the bad boys and the Beatles as the clean-living ones. As I recall, Mick Jagger delayed leaving his university course until it was fairly clear fame and fortune were within reach

Was "You Can't Always Get What You Want" an economics treatise? About supply and demand?

I've approached this from the other angle: I sometimes see adults that resemble famous rock goobers and I wonder if perhaps they don't know (or mom didn't tell them) who their real daddy is.
One of my nephews, when he was in his late teens, got a lot of "you look a lot like George Harrison" comments from others. He *did* look a lot like The Quiet One.
My sister (his mom) did spend a year in the UK at Reading Uni [cue the danger music!], but the George look-alike appeared in the world five years later, after my sis got married.

How sexist of me! I forgot to speculate about love children born of Yoko Ono.

NOT clicking on that. I probably have PTSD from hearing too much of that stuff in the Middle East
