Down four pounds in two weeks. Have had blood work done. Will keep you posted. Also have pneumonia. It's a real bastard, not only do you feel like schitt, it messes with one's brain. I have a very heavy, complicated work load for the next ten days. During a quick changeover from a sort of theatrical/comedy event to a closing band, I made three errors. The clams were downright stupid, I don't make those kinds of errors when firing on all cylinders. Perhaps it's different for me but seems pneumonia lowers my already challenged IQ... cheers PS....can we get more variety with those smiley things? I seem to be relating to them quite well at the moment.

Dude, you should be home in bed- for 10 days or so. Pneumonia is nothing to try to work through, it will kill you.
I had it back in the mid-90s, didn't know how sick I was until I got better. Should have been in the hospital.
It killed my F-I-L back in late December. Of course he was old and in bad shape, but still....

Look here: emojipedia.org/Pneumonia is *dangerous* for most anyone older than 50 or so. I had it in by 40s and ended up in the hospital. Monitor your temperature and if starts to go up even a little bit, hie thee to a doctor ASAP. Do not delay. Mojo!

I worked with a guy in the '90's and we were on a project in Maine. He was feeling poorly one day and said he had the flu. He checked into the hospital that night with pneumonia. He never came out.

Dude, you should be home in bed- for 10 days or so. Pneumonia is nothing to try to work through, it will kill you. Amen to that. I got "walking" pneumonia while in my 20s and intended to "work through it" because I hadn't been on the job long and was going through a probationary period. My doctor said, "go home and go to bed: if you're not careful, this can quickly escalate into full-blown pneumonia and kill you." And I was young and otherwise healthy at the time.
Take care of yourself, Roly.
