Here is a discussion with Ignazio Vagnone, from Jensen speakers, posted on YouTube a couple of years ago that I think that you will find to be interesting.

RogerD, Thanks for posting this as I found it quite interesting. Moe's 2.0 is really slowing down with little activity other than the Tavern. I am surprised this did not induce responses.

Me too; but that's okay. I am happy to post this for those who wish to check out the link and perhaps learn some interesting information regarding Jensen's history. However thank you for having a look and for your kind comment.

Saw it this weekend and really enjoyed it also, thanks for posting. I didn't know the Jenson history and Ignazio is skilled at communicating some very technical concepts in a clear and understandable way. I have tinnitus and some loss of high freq hearing so I often can't identify many of the subtle differences between speakers, pickups, etc. Don't know it that's a blessing or a curse.

It was surprising that when Sica decided to reinstate the Jensen guitar speaker product lines in the 90s, they had to start with a blank sheet of paper and reverse engineer the 50 and 60s speakers, they had no documentation from the golden age, all that was left of Jensen was the brand.

As a player who's switched out and tested too many speakers to count, I thank you for posting!
