What TV Jones pickups does it have? I don't know what they do for Filtertron P/U's. I didn't special order them they simply come with this guitar but, it's still an interesting question and I'll see if I can come up with something. PS: They might be these: Custom TV Classic Set Orange Sparkle. I've asked TV Jones about this answer forth coming...maybe. I put a set of TV Jones Filtertrons in a Gretsch Tennesee Rose I once had and A set of his Thundertrons in A G5440 hollowbody bass. His pickups are special. I did not realize he came out with Orange Sparkles. You have peKed my interest.

OK, TV Jones says they put 'TV Classics' but, not the 'orange sparkles' which would have been way cooler maybe, in the Falcon. I think the 'classics' sound pretty cool anyway. Here is a description: Here

I think they are the Classics.
The epitome of modern production, IMO.

I heard a video demo where T.V. was playing his testbed guitar with some his Brian Setzer signature pickups. It was nice sounding.

I’ve got a set of Classics in a thin line Tele build. They are most excellent.

I'm finding that adding anything other than reverb and/or tremolo/vibrato is not something I'm going to do much with this guitar. 'Dirt' just doesn't fit it some how. I really don't want to overwhelm it except maybe just a little would be OK, I think. Chorus and/or echo, yes. Maybe I say that a because it just sounds to good playing it clean but then, clean is my favorite guitar sound.

Very beautiful but a Bigsby AND a floating bridge can result in some really colorful language. Just be aware of that.
Throw in Fender's modern quality standards and, well, ya pays yer money and you take yer chances.

I haven’t noted any quality issues with the MIJ offerings, though.

Quality issues? I've literally taken a magnifying glass to this guitar and all I can say is it is perfect. Not one flaw anywhere to be seen. Terada knows their business. Floating bridges don't bother me. My other Gretsch's have them. Did I mention they also have Bigsby's? Let me just say that they are not a Floyd Rose as a Rolls Royce is not a Cobra.

It's your money.
Old guitar player's trick for the Bigsby - pull the pins and top wrap it. You can thank me later. Oh yeah, stick a nickel under the spring too.
I've got lots experience with Bigsbys too. I don't use them onstage very much but some of my case queens have them.
