Got a 2003 Collings D2H last week. It’s obviously been played a ton but not abused, just the usual scratches and a couple of dings on the headstock. K&K mini already installed and a perfect setup. Spruce top, rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck. It sounds glorious, just about the loudest acoustic I’ve ever played.

Cool! Collings makes a fine guitar. An older guitar that plays and sounds great is thing of beauty. You know the deal:

I know, I followed your excellent tutorial and got an empty box. I’ll try again.

Thanks guys. The K&K sounds pretty realistic through my red eye preamp. A big step up from my Epiphone Masterbilt. Oh and the socks are very comfy, thanks for noticing LesTele.

If I only owned one acoustic, it would read “Collings” on the headstock.
You now own an incredible guitar. CONGRATS!
