Does pushing the out put way up on a tube screamer push the power tubs or pre tubes hared or both thks It pushes the preamp tubes into clipping. Output tubes are only as loud as the volume setting on the amp. Having said that the tube screamer does drive the input tube hard which give more volume per volume setting on the amp. Hope this makes sense.

Using tubes consumes them. That’s why they are in sockets.
But no, you’re not hurting your amp or tubes. Great tone is where you find it.

Turning a TS output up full doesn’t necessarily overdrive the input stage of a tube amp. Klon type pedals can have a much higher output, so they could.

Not to worry about tube life. Don't know about any cheapo chinese firecracker amps but my used and abused ˋ66 BFSR had the same old GE power tubes running for thirty years, pushed with a proco rat and/or tube screamer all the time. Pre amp tubes were changed eventually but still nothing out of the ordinary.
