I just got a 1x12 Lite British with a Celestion Neo Creamback. Straight out of the box, it sounds good IMO, and it weighs only 18 lbs.
Old musicians never die. We just buy lighter equipment.

I’ve got one of their lite oversized 2x12s. It’s pretty sweet.

Let me know how you get on with the Neo Creamback. All the online tests I've heard sound great. I may put in one in my Mesa combo to replace the Vintage 30.

DrKev, immediately before listening to the Neo Creamtone, I listened to my old 2x12 cabinet with Greenbacks. Not to say that they sound alike, but I was not disappointed by the Neo in comparison. I will try to remember to keep you posted as additional info emerges.

I have a Mojo lightweight 1x12 that I had built with cane grille cloth. Loaded with a WGS ET90 it tips the scales at 21 lbs. It’s part of my ultralight rig when paired with my Quilter 101 Mini.
I could have shaved some more weight by ordering a neo speaker but I wasn’t that concerned about weight.

I have a Mojotone Canyon 112 w/ a Vintage 30. It's "void-free baltic birch" construction is not particularly light (30 lbs) but it sure sounds GOOD!
