Follow these instructions provided by our own LadyJazzer:
Easy solution:
Open a “Run” window… (Start + R).
Enter: cmd
Enter: ipconfig /release
Enter: ipconfig /renew
Enter: exit
That will force it to reset. Just click on the Refresh on your browser and it should come right back.
