Every time I launch the site anymore I have to log in. This is one of two sites on Pro Boards I frequent. This has happened to both of them. I inquired on the other site but nobody has an answer. Apparently it's not affecting everyone. Nothing has changed on my end that I am aware of. I never do automatic updates to Windows and I haven't done any manually in the last 3 months or so. It's starting to annoy the crap out of me. I usually check this site multiple times everyday and it's a PITA to have to type in my user name and password every time.

It seems as though your link (shortcut) to Moe's is corrupted, leading you directly to the log-in page or the "already logged-in" page (forcing you to sign in for admittance). You can check your status bar (?) and see the "address" you're going to. Here's what I get when going to the site Without logging in (use this): moestavern.freeforums.net/Here's the address of the login page before logging in: login.proboards.com/login/7104543/1Here's the address right as I type this on login status: moestavern.freeforums.net/thread/9916/changed-pro-boardsYou can delete your current Moe's link address and establish a new one. Anyway, when I opt to log in, Windows has already entered the required login information for me -- all it takes is one mouse click. (Let Windows keep your username and password when prompted [it's not a bank]). |

Nope. That doesn't work either. I still have to log in every time. None of the other sites I visit have this issue.

I am not having that issue on either my phone or computer.
I would suggest that you clear your history and cookies as suggested, or just try it in a different browser to see if that eliminates your issue.

Are you ticking the "remember me" box when logging in? Duh....that worked. I used to have that box clicked but all of a sudden it started asking me to login every time and I didn't notice it had been unchecked. Thanks. Now if I could only get the other site to do that. There is no remember me box when I log onto it. |

I had that issue before after clearing history and cookies and also overlooked the remember me box. Don't know about the other Pro Boards site but maybe there's a setting in your browser to remember passwords for specific sites.
