Pretty cool! I've seen some of her videos. Her editing makes it look like these jobs are waaaay faster than they really are. She does good work, but I'm not sure how she gets away with sanding against the grain when she cleans up the frets as much as she does. Maybe her funny fingerboard buffer takes care of that nicely.
It isn't a job I'd do... replacing both the rod and the fingerboard makes it invasive enough that there is little reason to keep the neck. You'll lose too much character of the instrument, and would defeat the point of keeping it "stock". Kinda only makes sense to do it for a video. If she used the old style rod and got the fingerboard thinner like the original, it probably would sound/feel more like it did before.
The fingerboard edges seem... off to me. She filed/rasped it back without touching the finish, which tells me it might have a hard edge, and she just wiped on some yellow stuff, I assume thick lacquer but maybe tinted super glue, and it shouldn't really work as well as it does. It looked okay in the final shots, but I'm not aware of any hand applied touch up that would work well enough to not be obvious and also not take an incredible amount of time.
She's definitely a top level repair person, though. Not many around like that.

I wondering why she didn't re-use the old fretboard.
Gotta be lacquer she's using there, I assume.

Kinda only makes sense to do it for a video. I agree, I think it was done just for the purpose of showing it.

I was wondering that on the fingerboard, too. I noticed she was yanking on it pretty hard and curling it up when removing, so she either had no intention of saving it and would be okay with breaking it, or she actually broke it and edited the video to hide that fact.
