I'm with my two trainees in one of our hotel towers for the day.
We arrive in the tower and promptly hear our call sign over the radio for a response to a naked male in the tower knocking on guest room doors.
We arrive on the referenced floor at the "Tower Suites" end of the tower. We quickly locate the naked male. He is indeed aggressively knocking and pawing at a door. As we arrive and get closer, we realize there is even more to the situation. The male is not only naked, but he also has feces smeared down both legs.
He obviously has no I.D. on him. I ask him for a room number. He gives me a room number and promptly follows with, "but I don't know". Great!
I ask for a name. With that we can confirm the room he is knocking and pawing at is not his room. We get him away from the room.
Control gets back to me saying they have a room with a partial match to the name we are given. The guy gave me a last name consisting of only 4 letters. Seems his last name is those for letters plus about 6 more. He is adamant those 4 letters are his full last name. We get his residency, which is Mexico and a D.O.B.
We conclude with that much matching information it's a very high likelihood he is a guest of the hotel. Control gives me a room number ... it turns out he had given me the correct room number at the beginning. Great!
Now to get him to his room which is on a floor five levels down. I realize I cannot take this guy on the guest elevators nude, and all covered in poo... off to the baggage elevators we go. Along the way in the hallway, we discover doors smeared the smelly the substance and a nice turd on the floor. Farther down the hallway we discover his pile of contaminated clothing.
We get him to his room and are able to verify I.D. Interesting first hour for two new trainees.
Obviously, housekeeping is called to deal with the bio mess in the hallway and a bit later we return with Hotel Manager for a "trespass and evict" on the guest.
