I’ve wanted a good nylon string guitar with a preamp for awhile. I kept on coming back to this Godin since it was compatible with Roland 13-pin guitar synths. It arrived two days ago and I went through the 24-hour acclimate wait. I’m very satisfied so far with it acoustically and plugged in. Haven’t tried it with the GR-55 synth yet though. Real interesting how the spruce top resonates and the sound is amplified both acoustically and electronically through the RMC string transducers. Workmanship is spot on and it plays great. Maybe the only negative are the strings it came with. Feedback so far seems to be a non-issue. flic.kr/p/2pp4QrM

Congrats! A friend of mine has had his for many years now, and his go-to guitar (next is his Multiac Jazz).

I have often wondered about the Godin nylon. Please keep us posted on how it works out for you.

I'm very interested in a Godin nylon, but they have made many versions over the years and the models are confusing. I don't care about the SA output but some seen to have more acoustic response played unplugged. Need to demo a couple.

Godin’s seem to be an excellent instrument. Congrats on your acquisition
