Both being in basically very good condition. I think the Gibson would have a 12” speaker. Are they in the same league?

Not really. There’s a reason why the Gibson costs less (assuming it does).
I’ve not had a Falcon, but I’ve been through a couple other Gibson amps from the ‘60s. They really are their own thing. Turns out they weren’t my thing. 😉
You really want to play the Gibson to see if it’s for you.

I have long liked a couple of Gibson amps because of their clean, chimey tone. Wish I had either that or an early 70’s Fender silverface Pro Reverb for it’s clean chimey tone.

Princeton Reverb is basically a club-sized Deluxe Reverb. They are very similar. PR's are generally dead nuts blackface tone.

The Gibson is getting a MIA reissue shortly - they've had teases about the bird relaunching.

Thanks for posting Eric. I love the beautiful clean tone the guy playing the old Falcon was getting. Didn’t care for the stuff being played on the new models.

My PR is good for me. Thanks Leftee!
