We were put onto this a while back.
Queenie was feeling a bit under the weather at the time and I was told, yes I was TOLD to make this for her.
Goes like this: thinly sliced ginger root in a pot of water. Bring it to a mild boil and let it go for a short while.
Strain liquid into a cup, add lemon and honey to taste.
I’ve decided this is a pretty good hot drink any time of day. No caffeine to keep me awake late in the day or evening.
Lately I skip the lemon and just add a bit of honey.
Anyone else tried this stuff?

I have never been a fan of ginger. Is there Marianne tea?

Sounds great. I'll try it. My usual herbal tea is peppermint.

Yes I’ve tried it. It’s good for tummy aches. 😉

The wife drinks it all the time.
Me, I'm more of a coffee guy.
