I have four green guitars...three are surf green and one is sage green. Love 'em all. Here's a Strat surfer. Here's the sage (Reverend Rick Vito sig). It has so much art deco styling that Art Deco hisself called and complained.

I should have a new green guitar to show this weekend. Can you smell the lacquer curing?

Here's a little peek at the upcoming Tele.
1 piece swamp ash body. No fill - going for a rough, barn-door look.
Stain - Green to blue green edges Clear lacquer over top - no sanding/buffing. Chrome hardware with chrome neck pickup ring. No pickguard.
It gets a maple/rosewood neck - the maple is a nicely tinted amber with a slight flame.
My stick is green because the last body it was bolted to was sprayed green.
The downside to this barn-door looking body - it's heavy. Over 6lbs.

I use PBase.com
It is a pay-site, though. $20/yr.

imgbb.
Free, no account required.
It's not really transferring the image to Moe's, it uses the image's URL on the hosting site as a pointer from here to the image.

My music room is taking shape. Fished out my Telemutt from the closet That's an awesome amp! I love my PRII. I snagged it from a bandmate harp player who had no use for it, installed a Celestion blue and it's been my main amp since the 90's.

In honor of you I will allow that. From when I started building the project though it's actually been called the Tele Paul. You can't tell from the front, but the body and neck are mahogany.

I've got a killer surf green Hohner strat that I'll never part with. Seriously. Have no clue as to the year. It is my only green guitar. Not only is the color killer but the whole guitar is. Tone, feel, action, fit, finish. The thick slab rosewood fret board is amazing. Mind you....This is coming from a guy who has over 50 guitars, some fairly expensive. Amazing neck, amazing fret work, the fret ends are hand trimmed into the neck's maple wood and were factory meticulously filled in for a totally smooth feel, you can't even see the fret ends at all. Such attention to detail puts ALL my Fender strat necks to shame. Can we say fret sprout irritation? ? No such thing with this guitar's neck. I loved it so much I put the best electronics in it. A set of Abby signed pups really set well with it. This is truly my only never sell "strat". For me that's a rare thing as I've churned through many a Fender over the last 4 decades. I think surf green is the only green I'll ever own though. There was an Iguana Burst SG Custom as well as an LP that kinda caught my eye years back. But I passed on it.

LTB, it's one of the prototypes of the Reverend Rick Vito signature. The pickups are Revtrons, which is Joe Naylor's version of the Filtertron. They don't sound exactly like F'trons, but they're close.
