Looks like the Packers got a first round bye. I suppose I'll watch that game next week.
GO PACK!

Well, Saints just tied the Vikings at 20 to 20 with a late field goal. Overtime in NOLA!

The Saints have certainly gained momentum back. But who knows? Overtime should be really tense, but much fun nevertheless.

It's Wildcard weekend. Permit me to be the first to make an ass of myself.
I'd like to see the Vikings beat the Saints -- but they won't.
What was that again? SKOL!!! (I'm actually surprised the Vikings pulled this one off...)

Eagles are whining about a hit!!! Wentz is obviously a delicate snowflake. Anyone remember Concrete Charlie hitting Frank Gifford? Come on man!

Bills beat the Texans by 7.
Pats get by the Titans by 3.
I'd like to see the Vikings beat the Saints -- but they won't.
Eagles will give Seattle the beating they deserve.
wow, 0 for 4......LOL. If I had been betting, I would have been 1 for 4, winning only the Texans...

Well I said I'd make an ass of myself -- this is why I don't bet on sports.

But remember, the Eagles also had a guy named Brian Dawkins would would dish out a lot of concessions. What goes around comes around. BD may be the most beloved Eagle of all time. He's in the HOF of course.

The game was different then, now the league is all about protecting QB's Unfortunately the league dropped the ball yesterday, they didn't even call a penalty on the play when they could have at least 4 different ways: late hit, spearing, unnecessary roughness, helmet to helmet contact

Adam Thielins catch reminded me of Dave Casper's "Ghost to the Post"catch in the 1977 playoff game against Baltimore...but Thielins may have been batter
somehow and I don't remember 10 of us piled into a van and drove up to Baltimore to see the game.......football on a dirt field!!!

Saints fall to the Vikings in a disappointing showing. I don’t mind getting beaten, but the Saints played like they were getting paid not to win. They’ve shown much more grit during the season, but yesterday was just sad
