Look for the PDF. If you can't find, PM. Finding a print copy is a bitch and expensive. I found several in the stone age, but it took years for each. Thanks, I'll give that a shot.

Man that's crazy how expensive the paperbacks can get. To think I either gave or threw mine out. I had an original from before the movie came out.

As a Vietnam vet I always look at this as a load of crap. The truest military experience I found was watching “We Soldiers Once” ...and Young.

It's a pretty quick read. Yes the 'Nam story in the book is much better.
I will admit to skipping the Paris Island part since it mirrored the book.
