I was going down the YouTube rabbit hole the other night and I was noticing the diversity in Tele models. There's the Broadcaster, Standard, 52, Thinline, Nashville, PT (Pete Townshend), Baja, Acoustisonic, James Burton, MIJ, et al. Is there another guitar that can rival it?

I've not seen a semi-hollow strat that I recall, unless it's a special run like the Eric Johnson. Also, the Tele can have Strat pickups but it's rare to see the opposite, especially with an ashtray bridge. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen it.

Fender US has issued F-hole Strats called the Thinline. Fender JA has issued flattop double-bound hollow Strats too. There have been a few Strats with Tele bridge plates ("StatoTeles") produced in limited numbers too. Most of the ones you see in the wild are custom beasts though.
