I bought these things hoping they would be a stopgap before getting a new prescription after cataract surgery. I suggest putting them in the same historical dustbin that contains the 500 mile carburetor and the Amazing mail order Sea Monkeys. The adjustment knobs are very imprecise and don't seem to make any difference whatsoever, no matter how much turning and twisting you do. They do as much good as the on-off switch of a flashlight with dead batteries. (Although if you turn the dials hard enough you can see China) If Galileo had slipped on a pair of these things while working on his telescope, he never would have butted heads with the Pope over his views on the universe. The only stars he saw would have seen would have been from bashing his head against door jambs, as he blindly staggered around his villa in Italy. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GM01TMA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Did you, by any chance, save up 500 coupons for a pair of Bazooka Joe x-ray specs too? 😀

Did you notice that in the Bazooka Joe comic, only Mort is wearing a pandemic neck gaiter? He knew what was coming way back in 1954, but how? Perhaps more to the point, how could he possibly blow Bubbles while wearing the gaiter? We'll have to ask Bubbles. I don't know how many coupons I need for a time machine.

Lol, after dual eye cataract surgery I found I only needed 1.50 for reading arms length or less. For very small closeup work 1.75-2.00 which ate rarely used.
