I have a Morley Pro Series II that I bought on Ebay a long time back and while the wah itself works okay, it's not really full bypass if the pedal is not engaged. Definite signal loss, and not something I wanna deal with while gigging. So what do you got and like? And I need to spend less than $110 or so!

I have an ancient (late 1960s-early 1970s) Thomas Organ, patent pending "Crybaby" that I got back in the day. But that is dinosaur tech and pretty noisy. Definitely not "true bypass".

I have a late 80's Dunlop Crybaby. It's... what I have.

I have an old Teese RMC 1. Whether I rarely use it because I'm not adept, or not adept because I rarely use it is a chicken and egg question; but if I needed much of that sort of thing, I'd probably use an envelope filter.
