In an attempt to save time I gave a shot to a seller on Reverb and Ebay that finishes Allparts necks. I opted for the non-relic version and received it the other day. Straight edge reveals a nice straight board and their fret leveling seems ok. Fret ends are really nice. Then I spot this. A crack in the fretboard that runs under the 7th fret, treble side. I can feel it with a fingernail, but can't tell how deep. I see no evidence of fret pop, but not sure of the long term implications. I have some thin Stew Mac super glue I can try wicking in there. This sucks, I like everything else about this neck. All things considered, would you try the glue or return it?

I’d return it.

Yep. I'd return it. Wouldn't surprise me if the seller is attempting to move a previously-returned neck.

On its way back. The seller said it was weird he didn't see it and I think its even weirder I didn't see it at first either, even a quick scan over with my lit magnifying peepers. No temp extremes, no concussion, today I ran some fine polish over it and suddenly caught it. Can't imagine any correlation.
The seller has good ratings and I've seen generally good feedback on a few boards with a smattering of the usual negativity. I was going to just buy the neck from Stratosphere but I figured 80 bucks for the extra work was worth the charge. As I said, if it wasn't for this I'd be a happy camper.

That is a very odd place for a crack, and the nature of the crack is really weird too. There appears to be no impact or pressure damage to the wood surface, and the crack does not follow the grain like a crack usually does. I thought it might be a scratch through the finish, but it transits through a fret which would've stopped whatever was doing the scratching. And then I thought it may be a piece of fuzz or fiber in the finish, but the shape of it doesn't resemble what that usually looks like. If it is a crack through the finish, it's been there a while because it takes maple to a while to oxidize and darken like that. Weird indeed. I have a cheepie ($20) USB microscope that goes to 800x, and it comes in handy for diagnosing things like this. It's also great for getting teensy metal splinters out of fingertips Here's an example, about 50x magnification:

It's also very weird how it seems to stop and resume slightly left toward the bottom of the photo. If it weren't for the slight snagging of a fingernail when probing I'd probably just have thought it a small scratch.

Wood is an odd material. I see things like that all the time, inesplicable cracks and breaks that don't seem to make sense. I would bet that that crack was in the wood long before it became a neck. I don't blame you for sending it back but it'd probably never cause much of a problem.
