Any you guys see the original Cactus live? Tim Bogert, Jim McCarty, Carmine Appice and Rusty Day?

in tribute to his passing, here is a delightfully raucous performance by Vanilla Fudge, I'm thinking of copping some of Mr Bogert's stage moves

Any you guys see the original Cactus live? Tim Bogert, Jim McCarty, Carmine Appice and Rusty Day? I did I saw Cactus, the Illusion and some guy named Hendrix at Boston Gahden in 1970. Hendrix was somewhat of a letdown. He had a terrible sound system and he seemed to be phoning in his performance that night.

Any you guys see the original Cactus live? Tim Bogert, Jim McCarty, Carmine Appice and Rusty Day? Yeah, twice. Once when they played at venue in northern PA. They needed some help unloading and loading equipment for the concert. I volunteered and was invited to the after party, we talked but that’s about all I can remember.
