Scott was 57, but given his disability from birth it was more like 97.
He was a special guy and I spent more time with him than anyone.

Sincere condolences. I have 2 older brothers (2 and 4 years apart) and dread the notion. Someone back at the FDP once made a comment that stuck with me; Losing a brother is like losing a part of yourself. This can apply to probably any loss but it really resonated with me. RIP to your bro, and strength to you.

Condolences from the Mojave.
Sounds like you had a close and important relationship with him.
I have to believe that was as special for him as it was for you.

Sorry to hear that Steve. It's so tough to lose people close to you. It's shallow, but I believe that as long as you say their name and think of them often they are never really gone.

Ouch...sad day. I feel your pain.
My bro also passed too young, last year at only 62, 2 years older than me. I had to clear out his apartment. Still dealing with all his stuff. Was just thinking about him before seeing your thread.
Brothers are a blessing and a curse, we fought like hell many times but I still would do anything for him if he needed it.
