I have been ignoring emails about gigs coming up. We’re all locked down at present.
Last weekend I bought a ticket for Richard Thompson in October.
I feel lucky.
How about you?

I’m more interested in playing gigs. I have one I’m doing with a friend at a TV station in a couple of weeks where there are many “isolation” demands that have to be met.

I bought tix to an April 6 Colin Hay solo concert...in February 2020. It was postponed due to the Human Malware Event, and they are honoring those same tix next month.
Colin is one of our generation's greatest singer-songwriters. He is also a formidble guitarist; he was playing double-drop-D tunes years before it was cool.

Colin Hay was born in Saltcoats, where I now live. His parents owned a music shop before they moved to Australia.
He did a solo gig at a local hotel a few years ago. I know the promoter but I passed on a ticket. I wasn’t aware of his solo work and only knew of Men At Work and his Scrubs appearances.

Venues here (UK) have just started re-booking. Our first (socially distanced) gig since September is booked for 21st May Now all we need to do is get a new drummer

No, in fact I just got a refund on Buddy Guy. He was supposed to play here last March. Then it was moved to this month. Now it’s March 2022.
While I think that’s a wise move, I decided to ask for a refund. No harm, no foul.

Last year, we had tickets to Steve Martin and Martin Short event in Nashville. It took awhile, but I was just glad to be able to get a refund. It was never cancelled, just moved to this year around the same time. No, I'm not buying tickets again until this is ALL over.

No, I only have the couple that got rolled over from last year. One has been rescheduled for September, the other for April ‘22.

Been to a few local concerts lately but was looking at the summer music fest line up today and still looks pretty iffy.
Would love to go to electric forest this summer but still not sure it’s gonna happen.

Nope. I’m not there yet. Gonna skip the rest of the hockey season and see what happens.
I do have theater tickets from last July, the performance was postponed to July this year, not sure what will come of that.
