When I had mine (4-string and 5-string) , I used TI Acousticore strings on them.

Don't know what an AEB is but I have been using GHS Bass Boomers since the late 70s. (nickle)

I traditionally used LaBella black tapes on my old Tacoma Thunderchiefs, but I’m using (I think) GHS pressurewound bronze strings on my Emerald Balor.
