How did you pay? You are probably better off contacting the issuing bank and trying to get your money back.

The deal is that I Love the product.

Do they not have a US distributor? It would help to tell us the company name and product. Who knows some us (Gato or Peego) might know something about them or the product.

For now I would rather leave their name and product unknown.
They have finally responded to my email, requesting pics or a video of the installation.
They said they were sorry for the delay.
I'll follow up with the results as soon as possible!

Update!
I sent the pics and they could clearly see the results of the problems I had.
All high E strings (I put on 7 of them lol) broke in the same place on the bridge saddle.
Vega-Trem is the company and it's a tremolo unit for Strat type guitars.
So Big Kudos to Vega-Trem for stepping up with replacement saddles!
