My observations and discussions with the young people suggest so. Still fishing for Retired Guy fashion tips.

wide leg 90’s style are back in. As a guy with 28-inch thighs, wide leg were/are usually my only choice.

You guys aren't wearing man skirts yet?
And really skimpy halter tops? (see "uniform of the day" thread)
I'm tellin' ya: there's no gender like no gender... (*sung in best Ethyl Merman impersonation voice*)

^ Even when they do fit a guy, I wonder why he’s wearing his wife’s pants.

Even though I guess I *could* wear a pair of skinny's, my age and kids would have something to say about it; however, I'll wear a good pair of slim fit all day - slim with a little stretch is quite comfortable.

They were a candle in the wind. Or a camel breaking wind I haven't heard any new Weird Al recently. Has he done that one yet?

I won't miss 'em. I don't like them for the same reason I don't think guys should wear anything with an elastic band in public. Too much junk.
I hope the slim fit doesn't go away, though. I'm a lanky dude and vanity sizing is such that I have to seek out stuff that is slender fit. Button up shirts are the worst. If I buy something big enough for my long arms it is so baggy that I could fit another person in there. Even the slim fit shirts are kinda puffy. In the very rare instances I can find something like "extra slim", then I get something that fits okay.
All you porkers are ruining clothes for the rest of us!

It’s a symbiotic relationship.

You should probably interrupt the symbiosis from time to time to toss 'em in the laundry.

That’s what underpants are for. They’re the dirt barrier.

Dey's roomy.

Unless they're hopelessly skinny, skinny jeans on a guy look ridiculous and top heavy. My wife bought me some stretch denim jeans that were basically skinny jeans. They clung tightly to my legs from show to crotch. Horribly uncomfortable and they looked stupid.

I pretty much wear the same as I alway’s have, with the exception of employment dress codes. Iron Forge Jeans and Duluth cargo pants and shorts.
The only wardrobe I wore that seemed to work as a chick magnet was require when I was a Good Humor Ice-cream man, could have been the ‘56 Good Humor Ice Cream truck with stock bells. Most were a little under age though.

Where I live we wear flip flops shorts and t shirts year round. You can spot non locals by the way they dress.

Too much mass crammed into a pair of skinny jeans could result in an explosion of catastrophic proportions!
