9 versions of the ProCo Rat in one box, the JHS Packrat.
I ordered one yesterday, should be here early next week.
Anybody else seen these?

I subscribe to the JHS YouTube channel, and didn't even bother to watch his latest video because I had an original Rat and never liked it.
Hopefully you have a good experience, be sure to let us know.

I've never owned a fuzz but I gotta admit it sounds pretty good.
I get my fuzz tones by ganging two gain pedals.

I have a vintage RAT that was modded by Robert Keeley. I'd had trouble bonding with it, but once I got the mod, it became a pedal that will never leave my board. Sounds so good and ballsy. Smooth to nasty. He doesn't do those particular mods any more, but it's fairly commonly done now.

It came in Wednesday, I finally had a chance to try it out last night and I like it a lot.
It's got a few really good settings, and a few that I probably won't ever use again.
It scratched the itch I had for a Rat. I wanted one but couldn't decide between a vintage one and a new one, so now I *kinda* have both.
One interesting thing, the LA setting is supposed to mimic the Ibanez LA Metal I think. I have the LA Metal, and this version is WAY better. That pains me to say as an Ibanez 10-series nerd, but there ya go.
Overall, good buy, thumbs up!

I have a Muffletta which I consider awesome and would jump on the Packrat if I didn't already have a Deucetone Rat and a VFE Alpha Dog. Both sound good and are versatile.
