Been a Levi's guy pretty much forever, and just landed a pair of "Western Style" Levi's that were on sale for $30 at Zappos...they are not as stiff as your typical 501's (denim and elastane combo allows a little flex), but they DO have 7 belt loops!! Hoping these will not give out at the seams too soon! I know some people like the Duluth Trading stuff and others are liking Wrangler. I tried some Carhartt's ages ago but they were a bit too baggy, even though I liked the extra pocket for a cellphone. There was a thread at the old place and some people mentioned some high end custom stuff, but can't remember what those companies were called... So whatcha wearin'? (Where's a Muscato when you need one??)

I was levis, then carhartt for a long time because levis didn't hold up well anymore. I can't find carhartts that fit me well anymore so I'm back to Levi's. I like the 513's....not skinny jeans but not baggy AF either.
Embarrassingly, I've switched to the stretch denim. Not because I'm fat, but because you can wear jeans that aren't baggy but are still comfortable.

LesTele’s favourite jeans at the moment are made in Wales.
Hiut is the brand - apparently he’s not supposed to wash them for another three months.
I’ll keep upwind of him until then.

Wranglers from Wal-Mart. Stretch denim Dad jeans all the way. If all I can find is junk denim I may as well get it cheap.

A lifetime of Levi's. All through their ups and downs and changes. My wife even ordered Levi's custom fit years back. They are pretty good and pretty good is often good enough.

Just bought another pair of Levi's recently, Costco had 505's on sale for $23.99.
I tried a couple of pairs of Wrangler's not long ago, and they both ripped in the same place, near the left rear pocket.

The local Sears closed down so I just buy those Kirkland jeans at Costco cause we go there on a regular basis anyhow. They don't wear as well as Levi's, but they're also cheaper and fit me well, so what the heck.

Wranglers for me..Levi's were my favorite for years but high price, poor quality and a corporate political agenda I just can't understand drove me away.

Levi's most of my life, then Wranglers. Recently Rustler from Walmart. A little thinner fabric then Wranglers which I like. Well made and seem sturdy enough (maybe not for you bull riders). $12.

Totally agree, but current delivery is really slow. I ordered some jeans early last July and won’t receive them until this May.

I still like Levi's best but Wranglers are tougher. My problem with Wranglers is that they make the entrances to the pockets too small for my gorilla-sized hands. I can't hardly put my hands in the side pockets and can't get my wallet out of the back ones. Other than that they are fine.

I wore Levi's for a long time.
I recently started wearing casual pants from Sam's Club. I consider them jeans, but they're really just casual pants I wear as jeans. I recently bought 6 pair: 2 dark blue, 2 gray, and 2 khaki. Iron Company is the brand name. They are holding up rather well.
They have a stretch waistband and are not baggy. I think Slacker touched on this.

I wear Member's Mark Jeans from Sam's Club. They fit me well and are less than $15. Plus they are heavier duty denim and last longer. My 21 year old grandson likes them better than Levi's too.

Years ago we had this discussion, Roundhouse jeans were recommended. They are the only jeans I’ve purchased since. Other brands are nearly worn out by the time the Round House jeans are starting to break in. www.round-house.com/

Used to be Levi's for ages but they don't fit me well anymore, and yeah, other reasons to leave them. Loving Lee's jeans in black and blue. The blue jeans sometimes have a problem with belt loops coming free, but that's easily fixed. Nicest jeans I've ever worn.

Lees, but I ruined a brand new pair this week when the leg got caught on the corner of a screen door and tore a huge hole. This wouldn't have happened back when they were a quality item, now they're thin and flimsy

Costco had 505's on sale for $23.99. 505s are fun...when you have 28 inch thighs. At this point in my life, I wear jeans primarily for work. I still have 4-6 pairs that I could use for non-work purposes, and they are a bit of a mixed bag. I like Levi jeans, but it has been a minute since I had to buy any replacements on jeans that are non-work jeans.

501s here. I agree that the gauge of the denim isn't what it once was but they ALWAYS fit. I buy on line, no one up here stocks 30/34 and that keeps me faithful.

Wrangler 13MWZ. They are not as "low ride" as most jeans, and that makes them more comfy in the saddle and when sitting. The denim is very tough.
I gave up on Levi's about 10 years ago when I got two pairs of 501s and they started falling apart after about three washes. It wasn't the seams...it was the denim fabric. It was pathetically flimsy.
I have a few pairs of Round House and they are affordable, very well made (in the USA), and super comfy.
Key brand used to be good until about six years ago when they changed the cut to match what younger folks like. They are fine when standing up, but sitting down is not what they're made for.

I'm really small framed, I need true slims, sometimes I find some Levi's that fit nice. Kohls had some Urban Pipeline slims that fit me like a glove, but they don't carry them anymore.

I was very dissatisfied with the last Levi 501 jeans I bought when I purchased two pair direct from the Levi company. What I received was two pair of jeans that looked and were tagged as 501 but were actually two totally different weights of denim. The Roundhouse jeans I buy are 14 oz denim while I think the Levi jeans I received were around 8 to 10 ounce. Really cheap, light weight stuff

Wranglers for me..Levi's were my favorite for years but high price, poor quality and a corporate political agenda I just can't understand drove me away. There's a guy here in Texas that makes pistol cases from old Levi's, to kind of "get the last ironic laugh." LOL I bought a couple. I'm not finding a link though, but I found a link to the gun shop I bought them in, maybe they can get in contact with him, if you're interesting message me.

I started buying a very inexpensive brand that was carried by a rural store back in Illinois - Full Blue. They were like $14 a pair, and now that I moved and have to buy them from Amazon they’re up to $25. They wear like jeans of old and fit me very well.

I’m wearing Roundhouse jeans that I’ve had for at least 4 years. They shown no signs of giving out any time soon.

Wranglers but, since moving to FL, it's probably about 90% shorts and 10% jeans.

10+ years old Levis 501, hardly worn for the last ten years as I'd grown out of a 32 waist and have been wearing cargos/Carhartt instead half of the time and motorbike clothes the other half. Back to normal, the older Levis wear nicely compared to the funny stuff of today where sizes seem to vary with the countries of manufacture. I remember having mail ordered once and italian 34/w 501s fit like us 30/w..
